We want you to love your fine jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging intact to be eligible.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original Mejuri box and place it inside a shipping mailer along with the provided packing slip.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our team inspects the items.
