How should I care for my Mejuri pieces?
To maintain shine, store your jewelry in a dry place and clean it with a soft cloth. For gold vermeil and silver, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that personalized or engraved pieces are final sale.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a two-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. This does not cover lost items, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within North America. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your jewelry sooner.
